Refreshing Summer cooler Mocktails that you can enjoy

Cucumber Mint Cooler

Ingredients:
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Sparkling water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  • Muddle the cucumber slices and mint leaves in a pitcher.
  • Add the lime juice and honey, and mix well.
  • Fill the pitcher with ice cubes.
  • Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
  • Serve in glasses garnished with a cucumber slice and mint sprig.

Watermelon Basil Splash

Ingredients
  • 2 cups watermelon, cubed and chilled
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup (optional)
  • Club soda
  • Ice cubes
Instructions:
  • Blend the watermelon cubes until smooth.
  • Strain the juice into a pitcher to remove pulp.
  • Add the basil leaves and muddle slightly to release the flavor.
  • Mix in the lime juice and agave syrup.
  • Add ice cubes to the pitcher.
  • Top with club soda and stir gently.
  • Serve in glasses garnished with a basil leaf.

Pineapple Ginger Fizz

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Ginger ale
  • Ice cubes
Instructions
  • In a pitcher, combine the pineapple juice, grated ginger, lemon juice, and honey.
  • Stir well to mix all the ingredients.
  • Add ice cubes to the pitcher.
  • Top with ginger ale and stir gently.
  • Serve in glasses garnished with a pineapple slice.

Mango Mint Lemonade

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup (1 part water, 1 part sugar)
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • Cold water
  • Ice cubes
Instructions:
  • In a pitcher, combine the mango puree, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
  • Add the fresh mint leaves and muddle slightly.
  • Fill the pitcher with cold water and ice cubes.
  • Stir well to mix all the ingredients.
  • Serve in glasses garnished with a mint sprig.
